Madrid City Tour® is an official tourist transport service in Madrid. Our operations started in 2011 with two of the most prestigious and experienced companies in the tourism and passenger transport sector in Spain: Grupo Julià and Alsa. Both companies jointly manage this project after having been awarded the contract through a public tender by the Madrid City Council for a period of 10 years.

Many years of experience and a strong knowledge of the sector allow us to guarantee a quality service to all our passengers. Our routes have been designed to offer a complete tour of the city’s main points of interest, while our entire fleet of buses is fully adapted to the needs of the service.

Our tourist bus model offers an upper deck to facilitate the panoramic view, as well as an air conditioning system, internet connection, USB chargers and spaces for people with reduced mobility, among other features.

Our goal is to offer a complete service that allows passengers to get to know the different cities in which we operate, both through panoramic tours with audio guide and thanks to the Hop On Hop Off service, which allows passengers to get off at any stop to visit museums, monuments and other nearby points of interest before resuming the route on board and enjoying a comfortable and fun trip around the city, adapted to the needs of the tourist activity.
